This web-based artificial-intelligence-enabled chat application ("Application") is developed and maintained by Advanced Intelligence Partners ("Service Provider") located at Charlotte, North Carolina for What School Could Be ("Application Principal") located at Boston, Massachusetts, collectively, ("we," "us," "our"). Any user ("User," "you," "your") who accesses or uses the Application agrees to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the Application following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

This Terms of Service agreement is entered into between the Application Principal, the Service Provider, and any User who accesses or uses the Application.

This Terms of Service outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Application. The Application is designed to enhance the educational nature of the What School Could Be Podcast and provides users with an interactive chat experience.
Description of Service
The Application provides a client-side web-based chat interface that allows Users to interact with an AI model.
User Eligibility
By accessing or using the Application, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you have obtained parental/guardian consent if you are at least 13 years of age and have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age or consent at any time.
User Responsibilities
When using the Application, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with the Application
- Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Refrain from using the Application to transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to use the Application for its intended purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, adapt, or hack the Application
- Reverse engineer any aspect of the Application
- Access the Application or its services by any means other than through the interface provided by us
Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with and relies upon third-party services, specifically:
- OpenAI: Handles prompt and response generation for the chat.
We are not responsible for any third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application Principal, the Service Provider, and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Application
- Any content obtained from the Application
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
